Today I purchased my 2012 VW beetle with the excellent help of Pablo. He and his family business owned team responded promptly to all my messages. The team were very enthusiastic and well presented . It was successful purchase. I had a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend this dealership for any purchase of a used or new car.
I purchased a 2018 Honda HRV about a month ago and have already experienced issues. A week after the purchase, I got an oil change and am very glad I did because it was there I learned about the transmission leak. The car was leaking so badly this weekend my neighbor called and informed me about it. I called the dealership and they told me to come in today so their mechanic could service it but on my way the car broke down (it was an hour drive away). I had to take it to another mechanic and was told that the transmission cap broke and there was barely any oil. I am very disappointed. I was told that the car had been serviced before driving off the lot. I am a commuter college student and have been without a car for about 2 1/2 years, it’s frustrating that this happened so early and after
