It’s a long story, but here are the main points: 1. We had to do the test drive by ourselves because everyone was “too busy” to assist us. It was very strange, especially since we had to figure out all the car features on our own. 2. When we sat down with the finance person, the main focus seemed to be selling Zurich insurance — sign all the papers and done. There was none explanation of the final amount being financed and the all charges included. 3. The car was not properly cleaned.
