Revive Collision Center

They put a scratched up bumper on the back of my SUV after having it at their shop for seven weeks. They told me that I would need to return my SUV to their shop to get a bumper that is not scratched up. They cut my driver seat and denied that they are responsible. I will be suing them and asking to criminally charge them with destruction of property. They also increased the price by $1,600 before they would return the vehicle to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am in the process of getting a refund from the bank for this hack job! Fraud! Scam! No wonder they have only been in business since 2019! I understand parts being difficult to get but they have a very poor communication skills and very unprofessional!!! Did not do a good inspection keeping my truck almost 2months just very terrible and a bad headache 😞

The owner, Lori is such an amazing person whose customer service skills are above and beyond the norm! Equally as impressive is the quality of work she promises and delivers at such an affordable rate. My Jeep looks brand new again and I owe a great deal of gratitude to Lori and her team! Owner is extremely nice and very polite but they drag their feet to get the job done in a timely manner. It’s taking forever to get a simple job done. Have been dealing with this since September and we are end of November. Can’t imagine how long will take to get a job with major damages. Very dissatisfied and stressed out about how long it’s taking to get my car back.

Unfortunately I had an accident and I needed to get an estimate. D. J. 'S Collusion Center is one of the GEICO recommended Estimate and Repair shops. I originally went to get an estimate only. Julie is a consummate professional explained the process of getting an estimate. She is extremely knowledgeable and very nice. A pleasure to do business with. My 2019 Ford EcoSport is now being repaired with D. J. 'S Collusion Center. I will update my review when my car is ready to be picked up. Check back in about 13day.
