My communication with Dave, after many attempts to contact him… “Dave, I want to let you know that I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from your dealership. When I purchased the Malibu I was certain it had transmission issues. I brought it to you twice during the warranty period and was ASSURED, by you, there were no issues. Less than 9 months later, after numerous obvious transmission issues that others noted as well, like the ones I reported to you, the transmission did, in fact, give out! When I told you about it, you may have offered me a rebuilt transmission, but refused to send me the warranty, you claim you had available. There was no way for me to have made a decision as to whether to move forward with the transmission without having the facts regard
