Recently my son and I went to Rex's Auto Sales to look for him a new car. Justice helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range. He was super nice and helpful! He fixed a few things we had concerns about and detailed the car. When we picked up the car he had everything ready for us. The whole process went smooth and fast. This has been my experience so far: Financed a GMC terrain through REX and in less than two weeks the it threw engine faults twice. Got a diagnostic at O' Reilly then an inspection done at a reputable garage. Faults: 1. front catalytic converter; estimated repair cost $1565.90, 2. transmission control module an estimate is still pending for corrective action; All of this reported while still in 30 day warranty. What is even more appalling was that I was denied the extended warranty. What not covered in the 30 day warranty? you guess it the catalytic converter, just coincidental. They did say they will look into the transmission. Well it's coming up on 3 yrs since I've bought Sally. I love this car. I've taken a few road trips, been able to take it and feel at ease knowing it runs great and is a dream to drive. I was scared to buy a used car honestly but this car has never let me down. In the 3 yrs I've owned it I've never had one single problem. I have enjoyed it and intend on enjoying it for a long time.
