Rexx Battery of Decatur

I brought my battery in which was a Rex battery I bought last year. The man told me nothing was wrong with the battery. It needed charged. I told him that I've already charged a battery and it is still not working as it should. This battery is bad. He continues to tell me no it's not bad. It needs to stay here overnight. I let it stay there for 2 days. I went back and got it. They told me my battery was bad .Their batteries are trash. I get a Rex battery once a year for every vehicle I own that has a Rex battery in it. When I tell them at Rex that I need a battery once a year their batteries are trash. They tell me that all the vehicles I own with the Rex battery in it is something wrong with it. They don't know what they're talking about. Half the time up here. If you come into here they

Amazing service! I was told by Pepboys that my alternator was bad. They were pressuring me to fix it with them, but I was told by a friend to go to Rexx instead. The guys at Rexx investigated the issue and let me know my "bad" alternator was working perfectly as is. They saved me SO much money and didn't charge me a dime for their expertise. I will be buying all future batteries from these guys! If you're looking for honesty, great customer service, and people who genuinely know what they're talking about, look no further.
