The owner Ricky invited me to his shop after I called to ask about ceramic pro. I had just bought a (new to me) used car and wanted some paint protection. They brought it under the detailing lights and we were able to see all the imperfections and swirls in the paint. Ricky spent a great deal of time explaining to me how paint is structured, how they can restore the paint, and how ceramic pro is an added layer of protection on top. Xclusive Auto Detailing really exceeded my expectations. Setting an appointment was an easy process and they were very professional with the time expectation it would take to do the work. I found them on Instagram and yes I saw the great work online but until they worked on my car I was convinced it was the best detail I’ve ever gotten. The ceramic coating package was well worth it. My car stays spotless for days and I don’t have to worry about hard water spots anymore! I also had some stains on my floor mats that Eric was able to take out with ease. Definitely recommend if you want to get the best service for a fair price!

I took eric a 2005 Acura TSX HEAVY OXIDATED rust on the wheels the engine bay was beyond dirty. I left the vehicle with Eric for an entire day and half he did ceramic coating on it he did the works on my vehicle interior the engine. and let me tell you I was beyond happy with my service he did. the car was as if it came out of the body shop freshly painted. I'm really picky myself with my own stuff my cars and so on. the work he does is well worth it the deals he gives. as far as communication with eric he kept me updated throughout the process sent me pictures and as well posted them on his Instagram page. would I go back to him HELL YEAH!!! I can only speak of my experience here and it wasn’t good. (I dealt with Erik). I dropped of my Audi for windows to be tinted ($350). I asked him how much more for front winshield tint and he said +$100 for front windshield. I also asked how much to paint calipers red, he said $200. Erik called me next day and said his guys had a hard time trying to get rims off, until they realized they couldn’t because I didn’t provide the wheel lock tool (my bad). So I said go ahead and just do the window tint, but I changed my mind about the front winshield (too dangerous for the night vision). I went to pick up my car after a few days and was ready to pay. He said he was now charging me $420 for the window tint. I was a little disappointed because $450-$100 is $350, not $420. He said, “I had not
