Reyes Body & Frame

My neighbor backed into my truck and left a huge dent on the passenger side door. I also had an old scratch on the bumper. I obtained 3 estimates for auto body and frame repair. One company, Husteads Auto in Walnut Creek, quoted close to 5k. TK in El Cerrito quoted $2,200.00. My last estimate was from a company in Oakland which quoted 6k. I almost gave up on fixing the problem. My mechanic recommended Reyes Body & Frame in Richmond. Reyes offered the best price and service. Reyes had my truck ready in 2 days!!! My truck looks like new!!! I am super happy! I strongly recommend Reyes Body and Frame auto repair in Richmond.

Had an excellent experience with Reyes body and frame. Small business and Family owned and operated. They work with your insurance company. Did an estimate after walking in, unlike many body shops which require an appointment. Very nice people and accommodating. Even dropped me off to my place close by and dropped off my car when it was done with repairs. I had a Mercedes c43 AMG repaired. Would definitely recommend.

This shop had my car illegally towed while parked in a communal space adjacent to their shop. They then had the audacity to lie to me about it and refuse to name the tow company (Vazquez Towing on Giant Ave). Said something about “you should have left a note” which I did. Property management confirmed that Reyes acted in their own interests and without cause. There are no posted tow warnings anywhere on this site as there are no parking restrictions for marked parking spaces at this complex. See you in court, Reyes!

They did an amazing job restoring my car after it had been in an accident. I can’t even tell my car was in an accident.. They are hard-working dedicated, and if you’re looking for a body shop, this is the one .
