Very fast and attentive service from the phone call all the way to my house. I had my motorcycle towed and the tow truck driver was very professional and careful with it. He was very helpful also as I needed help to push it from my driveway into the garage. Unfortunately I can't remember the drivers first name, but his last name which was on the truck is Orozco.

I recently had to call for a tow in a really stressful situation—my car broke down, and I had my young daughter with me, which made me super anxious and scared. Reyes Tow Truck Company was a lifesaver! They arrived much faster than AAA ever has for me in the past, which was a huge relief. Mr. Reyes was incredibly polite, professional, and reassuring from the moment he showed up. He made sure we felt safe and secure the entire time—such a calm presence in a scary moment. His truck was spotless (way cleaner than most I’ve seen), and there was even a TV for us to watch, which helped keep my daughter calm and entertained. Erick and Facundo rescued me with my flat on my EV. The truck arrived within 20 minutes of my call with Erick. Facundo was extremely careful, professional, and courteous. For some reason, I run over nails frequently, and the next time I do, I will definitely call Reyes Towing again!

Reyes was very responsive, and communicated effectively. Quick to the point. We needed a car tolled to the dealership that was 2 miles from our house in El Monte area. He was able to get someone there within an hour. I was quoted $75 (if my car can be set to neutral) or $120 (if my car cannot be set to neutral). Took him 5 minutes to get my car out of my driveway. Overall experience pretty positive. For pricing, not sure about the average pricing since I needed immediately service. You can always research w/ various of local toll companies. I choose him since I saw his details on Toyota El Monte website. And he takes cash or card (additional charge applies for credit card)
