Recently, I was stuck in a difficult position and called Amanda, one of the service advisors. My wife was stuck needing car repairs in Durham, North Carolina, and had received an estimate that was more expensive than expected. She took the time to run a quick estimate for me after talking to one of the technicians. Even though she knew I would be getting our Suburban fixed elsewhere, her accurate labor and parts estimate ended up saving me almost $1000 at the other facility (discrepancy in labor estimate of 3.5 hours).
