They came to tow me out and ended up totaling my car. The report was total lie made it seem I was completely at fault for the damage. I think they must have a contract with caddo sheriff. The guy was friendly but didn't even come to apologize for damage done. Never do business with them.

Holy crap, look at the Horrible reviews lmao. They are this bad folks. There a money hungry group of people that take people's vehicles and charge an outrageous amount and say oh well when you can't get it out. Then they auction your car off and make triple what the original bill was to begin with. To be in this business is to not really care about other people in my opinion.

If I could have chosen a star the was in the negative-I would have done so. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, & will not listen to reason. I’d rather have a root canal or stand in traffic than deal with these ppl ever again.

Insulting and unprofessional office staff and not willing to listen to reason. We needed to use their driveway for about 3 minutes to find out where to park the truck to get welded at the business next door. She was rude and had no respect for prospective customers. I read all the bad reviews after our run-in with her. I will definitely not make use of their services in the future.

Horrible service, just like all the other reviews. I thought maybe some people were exaggerating, but now I have two big scratches going down my passenger side, my dash cam and OBD scanner are both missing out of my vehicle ($500). I will be filing charges just like the rest of you so maybe somebody can finally get some Justice.
