RFD Auto Parts

RFD sent me the wrong color of parts needed. They then told me they could not swap or refund them for the correct ones and that I would have to pay return shipping and a 15% restock fee along with the additional purchase of the correct parts. I had already paid the ridiculous $60+ shipping just to get these. Do not use this company unless you want to overpay and not get what you ordered. Company is not concerned with making it right.

Needed an A/C compressor and a couple other parts to go along with it. Ordered at the beginning of July (site said nothing about parts being on backorder), a couple of weeks came and they notified me the parts were on backorder. I asked them if they had an estimate as to when I could expect the parts, since I had already been charged for them. They indicated the manufacturer said they would get the parts to them by middle of August. Come to late September, the parts finally shipped. I personally will not be doing business here again.

The lack of responses to my inquiry made me feel slightly anxious; however, RFD fulfilled all of my requests once I made them clear, without any pushback. Other than not being able to talk to someone by phone or email, my experiences dealing with RFD Auto Parts have been superb. RFD had the best price, especially considering shipping and handling, kept their promises, and surpassed my expectations in every way.

Bought couple parts through them, great people to deal with.

Great overall experience. Cheap OEM parts and was delivered early despite their delivery being late. Definitely gonna use these guys for all my future car parts.
