It’s unfortunate that I didn’t read the Google reviews before using this company—they are by far the worst business I’ve dealt with. If I could, I’d give them zero stars. I got their number from my building superintendent, who referred me to a company called Simon Aire, which then connected me with RGA Mechanical for diagnostics and repair. RGA charged me $600 just for a diagnostic visit, then sent me a repair proposal totaling over $12,000. Instead of suggesting actual repairs, their proposal was essentially to replace everything. I feel like I wasted both my $600 and several weeks of time. Thankfully, I found a different company that was honest, straightforward, and completed the necessary repairs at a much lower cost.

Hey guys, save your money. This RGA mechanical is a fraud they overcharged you 100 percent more. do your own research or anybody but them they swindled me for a part $925 which costed $100 when I ordered it myself these guys charge me $250 for Installing which leaked and my handy man had to fi it but it would've been just costed me 50 bucks with anybody else. When I called to complain they told me they have expenses. No they are greedy beyond belief.

I feel bad for their employees because the guys who work on the units are good people, but the management and billing department are utterly incompetent. We have been billed over $18,000 for services we never requested or received! They keep charging our credit card for other apartments in the building. They've never explained how this keeps happening. Earlier this year they pretended that they'd try to make it up to us by giving us a free cleaning of our units. They never showed up and never told us why. We received another bogus charge on our card last week. They did credit us for the charge after we complained again, but there was no explanation nor meaningful apology. Try another company.

I would give 0 star if I can. Our building referred us to them for AC repair. Initial consultation is around $200, for them to come in take a look and ask to take the unit away for fixing. We were given the quote of $495+tax for the repair, we agreed on it. 2 days later after we follow up several time, they replied the service was completed, total came up to $1295+tax. We had to authorize the card to have the unit back.

Absolute scammers. Do NOT use them. Our building referred them to us for AC maintenance. After they left, our AC started blowing very strong and loud air. We asked our building handyman to come take a look and he found a metal STICK in the fan that should not be there. Guessing these guys threw it in there to break the fan so they would be called back to repair it. Now we need to buy a new fan because they broke it.
