Joseph Wallace is the most geniune, and straight to point guy.(in the best way) I cannot recommend him enough! My husband & I have not had very good luck with dealerships and car shopping, so we were a bit nervous to walk in here. Chad Johnson (& Cheyenne) were fantastic. Chad was proactive & prompt in his communication prior to my appointment. Upon arrival, he had a handful of great options. He picked a “favorite” which turned out to be my favorite too! Chad was respectful of both my preferences and my budget - made this process a breeze.

Everything at dealer went quick and smooth with Jaylen, Sale manger can’t remember he’s name in getting me into my newer 23 ram 1500. Once home finalizing loan with Santander took a few weeks but final was done with today. So also thank u Daniel for dealing with my weird pay structure. Super easy transaction at Rhythm CDJRF. Found the vehicle online and worked with Jillian over the phone. She sent me pics and videos which definitely helped me decide on the purchase of this truck. The Sales manager didn't make the negotiation process any harder. Worked with me on the price I was looking to pay and we quickly closed the deal. Finance was quick and easy and he was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to make a purchase or have service done. Service dept was super clean and state of the art.
