this was an extremely easy appointment. It was so fast. It was unbelievable compared to other places . They got me in and got me out the same day. I made the appointment I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an oil change!

I went to this location to replace all of my tires, the customer service was one of the best I’ve experienced at a car place like this. I ended up coming late before close because of work and everyone was still super friendly. I even got dropped off for my friend to park and one of the employees thought they dropped me off from inside and offered to take me around the building to the other department so I wouldn’t have to walk. Then at the end my card was having issues and the man that worked with me was super patient and the other that walked over to help us out. It’s been a while back so I hate that I can’t remember names but everyone was so cool. I will be driving back to be serviced even though there are other places closer by me just based off my experience. Thank you guys! ❤️

Amazing! I was quoted 1,000 plus dollars at Mr. Tire. Called Rice same day and they were honest and professional 420.00 out the door! They obviously listened and accommodated will take all my cars there from now on!
