Rice Tire

A few months ago I relocated from upstate New York to Tennessee with my camper. Along the way I stopped for the night at a truck stop near this tire center. Noticed that my tow vehicle had a tire with a slice in the side of it and didn't want to chance driving the rest of the way on it so we stopped at this tire center in the morning. They were very very helpful and got my spare tire put on for me and had me back on the road in a short period of time. The level of professionalism and the general attitude and helpfulness of their entire team was way above and beyond what I have come to expect. I wish they were closer to where I am now because I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have had with someone in the service industry in at least the last 20 years. THANKS AGAIN FOR

These guys are the best—truly great people. I called about 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night to see if they could repair one of my tires. Most places would say no and tell you to come back another day but not these guys. Without hesitation they told me to come on in. When I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and had me fixed up in no time. I went back the following week for another tire repair. I was trying to get to work and arrived before they officially opened, and they took me in immediately and got everything taken care of right away. You honestly can’t ask for better service—fast, reliable, and delivered with a great attitude. I will definitely be back for any service I need in the future.

These guys are amazing. I limped in yesterday on a flat that blew right by their shop. They came out to the parking lot. Replaced the tire and had my family back on their way in less than a half hour. And gave me a good deal. Do not hesitate to use them. They are amazing !!!!!

I had just bought 4 tires somewhere else to have put on. This place , let's call them "ceilingmart" said they couldn't do one of the tires because there was a lugnut they couldn't remove. I took it to Rice and they had it done quick and inexpensive. From now on all our tires and service will go to them.

Every time I've ever gone in there to folks it right there at Donnelly rice are very very kind and very willing to help me out I can't tell you how much I appreciate them they are an awesome bunch of people
