Visiting Asheville from Florida…6 hours away from a big snow storm… went to get coffee, came back to car after 21 minutes and the bumper was torn off.. called 2 other companies (we needed a place to hold the car for transport back to Florida) and one said to call Darrell… I’m so glad I did! Darrell was AWESOME. Picked us up within 30 minutes, loaded the car in the middle of downtown Asheville, took us back to lot, got us settled somewhere out of the cold to wait for rent a car to pick us up. Melinda was so kind in the office making sure we were ok. I can’t say enough great things about them….

My tail lights kept burning out, and they helped me without an appointment. I just showed up and they started working in it right away. It was an electrical issue and they had a guy who does that really well working on it. They got it figured out same day! It’s a nice family run kind of place. Nice guys. I’ll be going back whenever my car needs work

I’m new in town and not used to the mountain roads, so I got my car stuck—like crazy—in a very sharp and narrow turn that landed me in a ravine. I tried calling two places that I found on Google, but they were both scams!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE BEFORE THEY COME OUT! I didn’t know these scams like this existed! But they take advantage of someone who is in a panic and is in a crisis. I called a friend, who is a local, and he gave me Rice’s Towing phone number. I could tell right away that it was a legit company and that I was talking to a real person. They didn’t ask for my credit card info until after they pulled my car out. The person who assisted me was so friendly and down to earth. He comforted me and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. He resorted faith in A

From my first call with Darrell (spelling doesn't count) through picking up my car about 8 days later, this place was first rate. Though it's hard to single out any one individual, kudos go to Travis and Melinda (with whom I had most contacts). My vehicle looked like new when I got it back! I can't say thank you enough to Rice's. And while the techs did a great job, a couple of them said Melinda makes it all run like clockwork!!!

I had a 2019 Ford work truck that had extensive motor damage. Darrell and the technicians at Rice's replaced the motor in my 2019 ford work truck. They picked up the vehicle the same day I contacted them and had the motor replaced quickly. The cost was approximately half of what the Ford dealer quoted me. Very good communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rice's.
