Just picked up a beautiful 2024 GMC Sierra this afternoon. Tom and Joe were top notch with helping me purchase this vehicle. Richards motorcade is a top notch, old school, work of art. My purchase, of a 23 tremor, went flawless in 2 days. 1.5 hrs total. Customer service is key here. "You" are the reason, and you're treated that way. My wife and I, checked the exterior lights. All worked perfectly. I go for a sticker. 1 reverse light is out. Richards covered me without question. "Bring it in and we'll make it right." A very, very, stand up dealership! I'd recommend them to anyone.
