Spencer Tire and Auto Repair

2nd time I've been here . Both times had bad experiences. This time I took my vehicle in Friday. Asked them for a new tire to be put on. Told me it would be done Saturday morning and they would call when it was done. I never heard from them so I called and they were closed. Go by this morning (Monday) and it was setting in the same spot. So I called them. They said it would be done soon. They called me a hr or so later said it was done. I go to pick it up and they just plugged the tire! I was livid. I transport animals to rescues. I cant drive 100s of miles on a plugged tire. Maybe thats why I asked for a new tire to be put on. Never again. Ill go somewhere that doesn't mind listening to what a customer asks for. Also my hood was left open. Idk why they opened my hood to plug a tir

What to say about spencer tire... This place is full of amazing people,they take the time to explain whatever needs to be explained. The work has always been done correctly the first time which means a lot. Prices aren't to damn bad either. They are polite always. I just really appreciate the dedication these machanics put in their work. Thank you to spencer tire and all the employees. Keep the awesome work up.

Prompt friendly service! I called them on a saturday afternoon because my truck had developed vibration in the front end. I explained my problem and told the front desk assistant that I had to drive a long distance that night. They got me right in and fortunately just balancing the wheels solved the issue.

These guys are great! Always answered when I called, were able to get me in the day I called and really saved me. Great customer service and the tech was open and honest

Average tire price with a larger selection of used than most places. Horrible customer service. And if you expect to do anything that requires you to take your tire off after going here better make sure you have an air impact due to them not using a torque wrench and just hammering your lugs on with the impact.
