⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Richard’s Universal Towing is hands down the best! I want to give a huge thank-you to Richard’s Universal Towing for the outstanding service. Richard showed up right on time, handled everything professionally, and got me safely to the shop without any hassle. He truly took care of business. Richard is an awesome guy, and his company is amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty—so much so that I tried to give him a tip, and he refused to take my money. That speaks volumes about his character and dedication to helping people. He really got me out of a jam, and I sincerely appreciate it. To anyone reading this, I highly recommend Richard’s Universal Towing. You won’t find better service anywhere!

I was stranded at around 5:30 pm when most places were closed or closing with a car that wouldn’t start & was referred to Richard by a place nearby. Richard picked up the call right away and was able to come to my car. After trying to jump it with no luck (even disconnected and reconnected the battery to see if that would help), he towed the car out of a pretty congested parking lot and to a shop quickly and safely for a great price. Richard was calm, kind and accommodating, I’d definitely recommend his services.

10/10 experience! Called Richard early this morning for a tow to Les Schwab. Pedro arrived promptly (earlier than estimated arrival), had my car up on the flatbed within minutes, and me and my car to the destination in no time. Excellent & friendly customer service, reasonably priced, and they made a not fun morning a lot easier. Recommend without reservation.

Richard helped my fiancé and I with hauling our junk car *and* removing a ton of trash from our house during move-out. He really is a professional in his field. He showed up with his team almost immediately and did everything and more for us. His prices are way more reasonable than anyone else we’ve ever used- and he has the kind of energy that you want around while you’re doing something super stressful. He was generous with his time and even came back later in the same day to take more stuff we couldn't fit into our own trash. honestly, we felt like he saved the day. thank you, richard!

We had a pod container which need to be shipped out with a heavy load of furniture and household items. We had trouble finding someone capable of safely lifting the pod onto a flat bed for delivery. Richard showed up. He was very professional and well skilled . Richard definitely knows his equipment! We were impressed with his patience, knowledge, friendly attitude and skills in taking on this difficult task and successfully loading the pod up. Richard showed up promptly, studied the situation at hand, and carefully and skillfully loaded the pod when others could not do it. Thank you Richard.
