This place has a high level of trustworthiness and puts customers first. My Audi Q3 was saying that I had low coolant so I took it to Shane at SEM. And it was a holiday weekend when a lot of places were closed. Shane checked everything for leaks, refilled the coolant tank, and didn’t even charge me. We were in and out in 15 minutes.

Chayne did such an amazing job taking care of my car. He is not only very knowledgeable, but he really has your best interests in mind too. I am so impressed with his skills, communication, and going above and beyond what I would have ever have expected. I highly recommend!

I recently hit a small deer with my Audi Q7. My grill was cracked and I was concerned about the safety of the car. I called Chayne and he told me to drive straight over to his shop. When I arrived he immediately looked over and under the car, did a quick scan, and assured me the car was safe to drive. Despite my insistence, he wouldn't accept any payment. Recently took our Porsche Cayenne in because the air conditioning was not working. Chayne was great to deal with. He explained he would need to spend an hour trying to diagnose the issue and then offered his professional opinion that it was probably an issue with the fan not working. He gave us a couple of options for replacement fans which involved taking off the dash to replace. Needless to say it fixed the problem for a fraction of what it would have cost us at a Porsche garage. Chayne was very professional, trustworthy and honest throughout and did an excellent job.
