Outstanding job Richardson Automotive Body Shop! My vehicle looks brand new! I want to especially thank Jay Weaver for his outstanding customer service. He was very professional from start to finish.

If you want stellar customer service, quick turnaround and great body work then I highly recommend Richardson Body Shop. I had work done last year after a hit and run and just this week after a run in with an animal. I was fortunate enough to have service advisor Legend Bircher both times and he delivers nothing but the most exceptional service. He stays in constant contact via text updates all along the way. Both times my vehicle has come back just beautiful, you cannot tell I had anything done, the paint especially is just an amazing match with flawless application. Truly appreciate all of the staff, front and back of house. HIGHLY recommend them for any body work you might need!

I had a solid experience at Richardson Body Shop in Chicago. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They did quality work on my vehicle and clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to body repairs. The job was done well and the car looked great when I picked it up. While there were a few minor delays, overall the service and results made it worth it.
