I usually don’t do reviews…however I was given an excellent car buying experience from Yusuf. We had a deposit already on a Grand Wagoneer by the time I sent in the inquiry, my wife already set on that. Yusuf’s service went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made the process so easy even with both of us working and not being able to call much. I truly give props to this young man and appreciate his approach to respectful, efficient and outstanding car buying experience! We were difficult but he made it work. 10/10! Ask for Yusuf if you come here for Sales he will treat you right!

The young lady who answered the phone in the service department is a gem… 💎 She was so nice and helpful. My day was so blah 😑 and the last thing I thought was calling a car dealership for repairs would be so refreshing… I’m all scheduled for repairs. Thank you for being knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind. See you soon and I’ll update this review after my service is complete to add how the experience goes. Said I would update my review after my service was complete. My vehicle went right back to them just days later. I was frantic. I was concerned. It just had a recall done. Ceaser in the service department let me tow my truck back to them. He got it in the very next morning. He told me out of sheer coincidence it was time to replace my battery. Dont buy or get repaired there. 1. We bought the car from them, used it 6 times, it sat for 2 months. We brought it in for a radiator issue. They told us the struts were leaking and had been for a long while. Not sure why they'd sell a car with that problem. 2. While getting the radiator issue fixed, they told us we had a filthy air filter. First, we had only used it 6 times since we bought it there. Why would they sell it to us with a bad air filter? And we replaced the air filter a week before. How could it be that dirty? It was not. They were lying. 3. When we bought the vehicle, I made an offer. The man fake laughed for about 20 seconds. It was so awkward, condescending, and obnoxious. We should have walked away because no man should treat people that way. Moral of the story: rude sal

This dealership is awesome! Fair prices, on trade and on purchase! Will drive 100miles again to purchase vehicles!! Our salesman Sully was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We had great experience with the other members of management as well. I didn’t realize customer service was still alive!
