One of the most arrogant self centered people I have ever met. I took my truck to see if he would work on it after I was referred by Killian's Tire. Well from the start he started belittling me, and even said that those boys don't know what they are doing. Instead of discussing the issue with me, all he wanted to do was act like he was superior over me. Then without looking at my truck he told me that he would work on it, but he would have to get all new parts himself. Well it has all new parts on it all I wanted him to do was straighten my steering wheel up about a 1/4 turn. Then because I wouldn't let him replace new parts, he had the gaul to tell me, well there's your problem, referring to me. Well needless to say I will never go back to that place and I will tell everyone I know what

I had a great experience with the folks at Richey’s Automotive. I had an issue with my jeep that another shop could not diagnose, and Chris and team were able to determine the issue and then repaired it for a very fair price. They also suggested in a non-pushy way additional work that will save a costly repair down the road. It is very apparent that Richey’s Automotive is a true repair facility and not just a parts replacement shop. I highly recommend

Well...hate to write this but I feel it needs to be said....I had front struts replaced on my vehicle (which includes sway bar etc) $1300. After repair the popping noise was still there, unable to take back to check due to work/hours. Fast forward to today going to get new tires bc they are worn down on outside front driver and inside front passenger went great. Went to get an alignment and guess what.....well now im being shown I need camber bolts bc someone loosened the engine cradle and when it was tightened back up it was never aligned and it's shifted now. Basically someone had to loosen the engine cradle or vehicle was in a wreck....I have had this vehicle since 2019 and its never been in an accident and the ONLY work that's been done besides routine maintenence is this strut busines

Only called to get some information and a quote for ac repair. The lady that answered was very nice, friendly and helpful. However, she transferred me to the owner Chris and he is rude and acts as if he has no interest whatsoever in answering any questions at all. Customer service is horrible.

Been going to Richey,s for many years. Never disappointed. They always do great work. I trust them more than anyone else. Prices are always very fair. Receptionists and mechanics are friendly and helpful. Chris is always willing to answer questions and has always been a good friend.
