Richies Car Wash

Dog wash is a complete waste of money. I always have to take the money and time to clean up after the person who just used it. (You’re suppose to after you’re done) so I'm already 4 minutes into my time. The water pressure is terrible.. you get around 7 seconds of low pressure to 10 seconds of little to no pressure. All said and done your spending near $40 to wash your dog.

Update. Theyve redone in floor in the stalls. It's nice. I like it . I've done my car the last two times here, even though it's out of my way. Nice and clean and I'd imagine there is good vibes here based on the signs in the self service stalls. 🥰 I Appreciate it. And let's be real.... They have a freaking dog wash... 😳😂😂 Gotta be some good vibes goin on.. 🤷🏼‍♀️😆🥰

I would say this is 3.5 stars but that is not an option. While the car wash did its job I just think it should do better. On window still had suds all over it and the rims didn’t get as clean as I would have liked.

The touchless car wash must be a money grab for Rich. The car wash door would not open so had to back up to let the car before us out. Then it did nothing- the is the second time they have taken my money, called the number posted NUMEROUS times with no answer and no return call. Think twice as I was hopeful the first time was a fluke but clearly it is status quo!

Don't waste your money. I liked this carwash because it's super convenient, but it's fallen down in quality over the last year or so: fluids sprayed by the machine are inadequate, both the cleaning fluids and the rinse. The triple action foam? It's supposed to be three colors and completely coat your vehicle. I'm lucky if it's two colors and it no longer coats the entire vehicle. The rinse CONSISTENTLY misses rinsing off all the soap. And the blowers? Good grief! The side blowers aren't angle correctly to even hit your vehicle, and the overhead blowers haven't dropped down to dry your car in MONTHS.
