Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Anthony is absolutely awful with customer service. He is not kind or welcoming or appreciative for anyone's business. I have come to this location at least 3 times since moving to the Independence, and every time I have come in, I have been sourly met by Anthony's grimace and rude demeanor. I will no longer be coming to this location due to the awful customer service. All of the other employees are nice and did a great job, but Anthony terrible attitude is so strong that I cannot return.

I love this Valvoline. I come here every time I need an oil change because everyone is always so friendly, efficient, and quick. I never leave reviews and I feel bad doing it now, but i’ve been kicking myself since I left for not saying anything and I think my experience warrants one today. According to my receipt, Anthony was my cashier today and he was extremely rude. Every single question he asked, he did so flatly while tapping his fingers and bouncing his leg so seemingly irritated. I misheard one of his questions and when I didn’t give the “correct” answer he looked at me sideways, like “uh try again”. The list goes on. I always have such a great experience at Valvoline in Independence! The service is super quick and efficient. Lenny and the team are professional, friendly, and explain everything clearly without being pushy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fast, honest, and stress-free oil changes!

Man. I seen so many good things today. I seen coaching, teamwork and alot of love. Customer service is unbeatable. Thank you for taking extra time to take my car apart again and putting it back together. I apologize for there not to be a solution. Get your service done here!

Great teamwork. They were fast. They offered additional services (i only purchased 1 additional service) they were not pushy.
