Reasonable pricing and great customer service. My car had a check engine light within two weeks, but they were willing to get it taken care of and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. Luis was great and responsive ! I would definitely recommend this family owned business.

If I ever had to buy a vehicle again, I’d probably take my business elsewhere. This place sells cars at a good price, but you’re taking a risk because some have hidden problems. For example, my mom’s new car seemed great at first, but it’s already having issues—it won’t start due to a key sensor problem, one tire needs replacing, and there are a few other small fixes like something wrong with the screen and alignment. The real problem isn’t the repairs themselves, but the fact that buyers aren’t informed about these issues upfront. When you buy a car, you need to budget for repairs, so honesty about the car’s condition is crucial.

This guy took out my brothers from a truck that they were test driving half way through and made them walk to the dealership to retrieve the vehicle they had gone in. Very poor customer service. Not recommended unless you want a short fused interaction. The harassment that came from the actual owner himself was completely unacceptable. He assumes and goes off. Don't come here unless you want to walk back to the dealership in the middle of a test drive. Don't expect people to buy cars if they can't even go speed limit without accused of speeding Richie. I expected better from you guys. Never will think of sending people to you to have the experience that was given to them as first time buyers.

If you’ve been looking for a small, no nonsense used car lot this is he place for you. The owner Richie and his family run a solid business and genuinely care about their customers. I recently purchased a car for my daughter and we had a few minor problems with the vehicle but Richie stayed on top of all of them until they were taken care of. Their customer service goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a small business. It was refreshing to work with people that aren’t trying to take advantage of the average person. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future.

Found my car at Richis. Great customer service!! I specifically kept coming to look at cars from this company because of their customer care. It’s also helpful that they put their inventory on their website. Good genuine team!
