Richmond Auto Glass gave us an excellent service when we went to change the front glass of the SUV which seemed to have been hit with a rock and cracked it. The owner assisted and he was very professional and friendly. He didn't waste his time and got to the job right away. We stayed comfortably in the waiting room. It was easy to schedule the appointment and make payment.

The ONLY option for auto glass on Staten Island. They are the BEST. No comparison. That's coming from someone who has dealt with many others beforehand & never had to look elsewhere again. Thank you for all that you do for your customers! We appreciate the talent & the care.

What an awesome company! I mainly dealt with Craig and he offered amazing customer service and great communication. Everything was done so quickly and even when an obstacle came up (more because of me), he rectified it immediately without a problem. Which I was afraid might have been. Pricing was reasonable and fair. I was pleased with the job that was done with my mirrors. Everything installed and works fine. I would definitely go back to them again if I ever need services like this because nothing beats hassle free customer service. Never rude, nasty or challenging.
