Richmond Auto Sales

One of the worst shop I've purchased a car from, I purchased a car for my son 5 months ago and they still have his car under someone else's name and they can't seem to get that taken care of. I've ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that the one person that's taken care of it is the supervisor and she has no supervisor. How does that work????
