Honestly after buying a 20/20 edge SEL for only four or five months I did not think Richmond would be able to pull it off but Lord behold the powerhouse man named Dino sales manager there hooked me up with only $100 more payment went from a 3-year-36,000 to a seven year 100,000 powertrain warranty on a 2021 f-150 w complete tow package 4x4 5.0 motor yeah very happy with the deal again and I had only on my edge for a few months thank you Ford thank you Dino.

Bought a Ford mustang GT from these guys a couple of years ago and it was an amazing experience. Went to commercial truck sales to buy a truck for my business this week and as I was negotiating with them on price, they sold it out from under me without any communication. I do not appreciate the way I was treated. I will not go back again. It’s obvious the personal ways of doing business are no longer available at Richmond Ford.

Love these guys. Bought several trucks over the years. This time, I stopped in for info on a previous vehicle no longer in their system. NO profit for them ,BUT they said get them the ViN# and they will be sure to get any info they can.

I went by there yesterday, Sunday. November 14th, I already knew they were closed. I am looking for a lightly used cargo van, and it must have a diesel engine. Didn't see any diesel vans yesterday. But this is a review, not my own personal needs explained lol. decades of driving by Richmond Ford and the commercial section, in the past, there was a lot more selection than there is now. It may have to do with manufacturing part shortages. But at least the commercial section contained some good vehicles. I would love to be able to purchase that diesel cargo van there if possible, they have a good history of customer service in the Richmond VA area...
