Rich's Auto Body

My mishap happened a couple of years ago, but I just discovered I didn't review Rich's Auto Body when a distracted operator backed his huge pickup truck w/tow hitch in place through my bumper. Worse yet, I was sitting in the car blowing the horn. Anyway, this is how I ended up at Rich's. The repair was flawless, all electronic related to air bags were checked and cleared. Really nice people do deal with as well. In fact, when I picked up the car father, son, and sister were all in the office. Very impressive. Were I you, I would go there too!

Rich's Auto repaired my car after it had been it. The work was amazing my car looked new again, fantastic service and everyone was amazing. Thank you for a great job done++++

I want to thank Rich, Sr & Jr, and Crew for putting my car back together after a pretty serious rear-end collision, they were concerned about the safety of the car and sent it to the dealer to have the ABS system calibrated and Rich senior drove it to Mystic and back to make sure it was all right. I drove it back to NY and I feel it drives better than before and it looks great, you can't even tell it was in an accident, and it needed A LOT of work, hood, front bumper, lights, A/C, radiator, ABS etc. Thanks again all for getting my Blue Charger back on the road and as good as new, I really appreciate all you've done to make this bad situation as easy as possible. The best in town by far, they will treat your car as one of their own. I was involved in a hit and run on my new car and they were able to make it look exactly how it was before the accident. I hit a deer and messed up the front of my car pretty badly. The car was still drivable, so I waited about a month to bring it in but only because I saw how amazing the reviews were for this shop. Insurance covered two of my tires that were damaged, and I had already been needing new tires even before the accident. They offered to fix the other two tires for me which cost about 250 each and only charged me 300 for both. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new again. This shop was 100% worth the wait and I’d highly recommend everyone I know to go here.
