Lyle and his team were fantastic. I started having issues while towing a camper over 1,000 miles away from home. I had estimates done at two locally owned shops and ended up going with Rich’s. Not only was their price better (and for a superior product), but they also made me feel at ease. They communicated with me through the entire process, took into account that I was on a tight time schedule, made sure everything else on my truck was safe to travel long distances with kids..and they didn’t make me feel stupid or taken advantage of. It’s not uncommon as a female traveling alone to be talked down to in situations such as this, but not at Rich’s. I have had 2 negative experiences with this shop. The first was minor and overlooked. Vehicle was running rough and had a exhaust leak. The leak had burnt some wires, which they repaired and the leak itself. Went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. They told me I needed a new battery even though the one in there was 6 months old. Took them another several days to get and install the battery. Took the vehicle and within a 100 miles the exhaust was leaking again. Dismissed it as bad luck on me. Second time, same vehicle, I took it in for a charging issue, and wipers not working properly. Took them several days to replace the alternator and I thought the price was a little high but better to let professionals do it. I've been getting services from them dor about 3 or 4 years now, very friendly, professional and honest. All a warm welcome and alway respectful. Never a need to complain or find a fault. I'm not sure what is happening this time around. My car has been there for over 3 days now, I haven't gotten a call on updates or anything. I called the 2nd day to get an update and was told that they are working on it. Now they are closed for the weekend and no one called to at least update me. I've been begging rides and using ubers to get around. I pray that the explanations they have for me on Monday is sincere and truthful. Ok so it's Monday morning, I called and I must apologize because I didn't update my phone number and they have been calling the old number. Rich's Auto, my sincere apologies.

Beware. After being told that the "million mile warrenty" did not apply to deisels they worked on. I sent the following email with no response. Sir/Ma'am, I am not one to cause a ruckus over small things. I have never given a bad review or threatened to sue someone. After the phone call I had with your shop manager yesterday that is going to change. In February of 2022 I brought in my 2007 F-350 for a exhaust/engine smell. I was told it was the head gasket. I was advised that I should that "bulletproof" it. Since that time I have given your shop Over seventeen thousand dollars to fix my truck. SCAMMERS, STAY FAR AWAY!!! I spent thousands of dollar for my car to still not work right to this day, and given attitude on multiple occasions when coming in respectfully to question the repairs. I waited awhile to make this review just to confirm my suspicions. So I took my Chevy Cruze in there for multiple repairs. Mostly for turbo system issues. They replaced the charge pipe, turbo and intercooler. Worked fine for a week, then I had to go back to get a replacement charge pipe because “my radiator mount was broken” which other parts to “burn a hole in the charge pipe”. Mind you these were all separately done, totaling well over 4k. But okay sure, idk how you couldn’t see that initially with the radiator you’re working next to and could see it’s “hanging sideways” or not, as they said
