Worst car wash I’ve ever had!!!! My car didn’t even come close to being clean! Wy windshield looks the same as when I got there. The employees are useless! They were playing around and refused to help or rectify the situation at all!

Hi car wash USA Express, I recently paid for the Ultimate car wash package, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The car wash missed removing bird droppings from my car's exterior, and my wheels weren't treated with ArmorAll as promised. Could I please get a complimentary rewash to correct these issues? Car wash is supposed to open up at 8 AM at 8:19. They still were not open. They did not open until 830 only when I went inside to ask them why they were not open. He pulled me through. I have a membership and was able to drive up after sitting there looking at the equipment, they had never turned anything on and they were about to send my car through with dry brushes. The water was not even running inside. I beat my horn and politely asked him to let me out of line. I informed the people behind me the damage, the brushes cause when they’re wet, they will scratch it. Worst experience and cancel my membership mobile Alabama US Highway 90 they are the worst
