Service/parts answered phone after I accidentally called after hours. Super helpful and friendly. Haven’t been in the store yet, but nice to find a place that was easy to talk to and explain what parts were needed.

I have ordered a lot of things online, things have been delayed, misrepresented, improperly shipped or handled etc as I’m sure most people have experienced. This was nothing at all like that, I ordered a Saddlemen Roadsofa LS for a 2002 Road King after hours. I received an email the next day from Duane Fly notifying me of a stock discrepancy and offering any help if there was inconvenience. He informed me of the expected availability date and said he would update me as he could. I reached out again about a week later and inquired about the status, and once again the staff and Duane specifically went above and beyond! I was unaware when I emailed him but it was his day off and he still attempted to track down some information for me and provided me with the most updated information availab

What a great find! I got sent packing by the DMV needing an IDOD on a bike I bought - and I could not find a shop that had less than a week wait. Called Rich's and they told me to come on over. In and out in 10 mins and a really nice chat with their mechanic that knows his stuff (and rides KTMs - a plus for me lol). Will be back anytime I need service, tires, etc.. Nice gem in Affton!

The coolest and nicest people there support your local bike shop whatever i can't fix ,or deem too big for the side of my house I take here ,super nice owner and Mechanic ,smart and helpful ,these guys are the best ,and st louis is lucky to have a few good bike shops here
