An answer to a prayer. Had a blowout and was driving on a donut spare. I remembered passing this shop and decided to stop in. After a short conversation, all I was hoping for was one used tire to make my car safe and take the urgency out of my decision. Without hesitation: "Let me check the back — we have a good used tire that matches your vehicle, we can put it on right now. If you decide to keep it, $50, and that goes toward a new set if you buy from us." Next day, I drove out with four new tires — better quality and $200 less than my online research had found. Best value? Time saved, money saved, and proof that genuine customer service and basic human decency still exist.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rich’s Tire Barn was AMAZING. I had a blowout tire and came in stressed out because I honestly couldn’t afford to replace all four tires right now (I have an all-wheel drive). The customer service was seriously top-notch — I was greeted before I even walked in the door, and everyone was so kind and helpful from start to finish. They worked with me, didn’t make me feel judged at all, and got me taken care of quickly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, which was a huge relief. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I’ll 100% be back when I’m ready to replace all four tires. I can’t thank them enough — highly recommend!

I noticed I had a large staple in my tire as I was going to work in the morning. Rich's tire Barn took my car immediately as I walked in and started repairing my tire. They didnt try to upsell me, they did what needed to be done and was very quick at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and I will be coming back for any of my tire needs.
