INSANELY OVER PRICED! They were EXTREMELY disrespectful and blatantly showed they did NOT care about us. All they care about is money! I even called several times to try and talk to Mr. Matt Collins, but everytime I was sent to the same manager who did NOT care. All he was concerned about is money!
They take really good care of you! I have gotten two brand new cars from Austin for a great deal, and Penny has gone above and beyond for helping me today.
No walk-in appointments so you'll have to call a head. Also, scheduling an appointment online doesn't work either because someone just has to call you to set it up officially. The times online aren't accurate for what's actually available. Unfortunately, their first available appointment wasn't for 9 days so I couldn't get my Toyota serviced at all and had to go to another place in town. So availability wasn't the best but the service might be okay, wouldn't know.
Tim in the service department and the other guys as well are always pleasant to chat with and are through when asked questions! They are great assets to the business.
Customer service sales are all nice 👌 I am very satisfied happy
