I had bought a white 2012 chevy cruze from then. A week into having it my car wouldn’t accelerate and had smoke coming out of my exhaust they said it was a turbo seal. Last sunday my car out of no where started making a noise wouldn’t let me go into drive or reverse whatsoever. Had it taken to the shop said it was the transmission and told me i had no turbo in my car. I would not recommend buying a car from them unless you’re ready to dump all your money into it!!

I bought a 2005 Chevy equinox from Mr crouse july16 25 I liked car n was told great car two days later dead battery I bought new wipers didn't turn off I took back n he shut them off n he told me to go to my mechanic I took to pep boys to fix new switch was broken n while there is get inspected flunked big time they wouldn't fix my switch I was told car shouldn't be on road front subframe not connected to frame n very dangerous if id hit a pot hole n has small leak at muffler n at Catalina converter no back brakes both sides needs hardware kits machine drumssider marker bulbs none work wiper switch n wipers blades needs replaced I took paper to Mr crouse n told to take to get welded I took to 3places no one wants to fix it due to liability problems I took to Mr crouse n basically told

My daughter and myself looked at a car Rick had for sale. We agreed on a very fair price and my daughter took it home. About a week later the check engine light came on and started to run funny, here the coil wires to the spark plugs were going bad. I went in determined to leave with a jeep and my only problem was deciding which one I liked best. The prices were fair, the cars were great and Rick is extremely easy to work with. I had a jeep by the end of my visit and I could not be happier or more confident with my decision.
