Super friendly and prompt service for a battery jump during frigid weather. Actually was a frozen starter. Got my truck running at a very fair price for outside service during freezing temperatures. Appreciated their prompt reply to my message as well.

If I could give Rick 10 stars I would. I was performing maintenance on my personal vehicle and encountered issues about halfway through. After searching the internet for any solution, insight or mobile mechanic (being that it was 7pm), Rick answered my phone call. He easily could have relegated me to the morning or to a shop, but instead he spent a little less than an hour on the phone with me assisting me with troubleshooting as well as finding the solution to the issue. His extensive knowledge of automotive and local shop recommendations is superb as well, and I would 100% recommend him for your service needs.

This man literally saved me. I was driving into Pitt from Johnstown (80 miles) and I shredded my tire. Everything was closed Friday night, my bolts were stripped and I couldn’t take the tire off. He worked late and made time for me at almost 9:30pm and got the tire off effortlessly in minutes!! So so kind and helpful and informative. If it wasn’t for him, I’d still be stranded in Pitt until the start of the week.

On Christmas Eve 2023 we were traveling back home from D.C. to Illinois after visiting one of our children, when our van broke down. We contacted our insurance company to get a tow. Not only did Rick respond to the request when many others wouldn't (we weren't located in his normal service area), he actually went out of his way and repaired our van so we could get back on the road. Without him, we would have been stranded for several days away from home while staying in a hotel and waiting for our vehicle to get repaired. His extraordinary efforts allowed myself, my wife and three of our children to get back home in time to celebrate Christmas with the rest of our family. My car had no brakes due to a slice in a brake line and was in a parking garage in Pittsburgh. I waited for almost four hours for another company to respond. Rick Sprague was quick to respond, had a friendly, and helpful manner. Once my car was towed, Rick called to assure me the car was at the repair shop I selected.
