Rick's Auten Road 66

My husband and I were on our way home to Maryland when our alternator died on the interstate near this exit late evening. We called first thing in the morning and they got us in right away even with a very busy schedule. The staff was so nice and professional and did an excellent job getting our vehicle back on the road. We were so happy with our experience here. Thank you guys!!

Great place to go, whether you need gas, snacks, repairs or service. I’ve had many vehicles serviced here over 10+ years. They’re honest and fairly priced. Other than oil changes, tire rotations and other general service jobs, I’ve had major repairs done here. All of which they’ve completed quickly. Some of which they caught that major dealerships in the area did not catch and solve the problem at hand. Their waiting area is great, multiple booths, magazines and bathrooms located nearby. I only mention the waiting area because I seen a review of an imbecile saying there wasn’t a waiting area available, did you even ask!? Did you even look!?

Very friendly place. I brought my Kia in without an appointment for a strange sound coming from under my car. They were able to get it in and fixed it right away. I will continue to work with them on future repairs!!! Thanks Rick’s

Rick is the GOAT! Literally towed my truck in the middle of a blizzard due to a flat tire - came to my house to pick up the keys (no charge within 5 mile radius). Super nice dude, didn’t up charge me extra! Thanks Rick, and if you need a tow- go with Rick!

The best experience ever. Andre, the tow truck driver was not only professional but compassionate about making sure not only my car was taken care of, but making sure I had someone coming to pick me up. Thank you Andre :)
