Rick's Auto and Collision

I passed by Ricks Auto everday going to work, i never thought i puld need them, until I did. I had my 2025 Hyandai Elantra worked on when i had an accident. Jimmy was extremely helpful. He made sure I was aware of what was going on with he car repairs and the insurance. He is a true professional. My car looks like it did when I drove it off the showroom lot. The parts took a while because they had to be brought from over seas but he made it all happen. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Ricks put it back to new after they completed my vehicle, it was 100%. Dont underestimate them. Shop isnt shiny with Frappuccino but the work is old school know how and integrity. If the parts are there they're working on your vehicle. Will recommend Rick and the team to anyone anytime

Being in an auto accident is stressful enough, finding a body shop that can get you in timely shouldn't have to be a headache too. I called several chains, all of which were booked more than a month out. However, Rick's was able to get me in quickly. I later found out that they have been in business over 40 years! Now, I can see why they have been in business for so long. They went above and beyond for me, and I will recommend Rick's to anyone needing paint and/or body work done. They also do mechanical work! So, while I hopefully won't be going back for any collision work anytime soon, I will be going back for oil changes and regular maintenance.

This rating is out of honesty. They charge fair prices but end result wasn't worth it. They also had my car over 2 months costing me extra in rental car expenses. The paint job on my front bumper was not the best and incomplete. They do not call or communicate effectively. They aren't open weekends. It takes them forever to get parts and install them. I had no oil or coolant nor did they inquire about putting more in or at least letting me know i needed. Over 2 months and couldn't do my alignment. Overall for time, money and quality of service I could have went somewhere else.
