Rick's Auto Shop

I note that Rick retired and the business is operating under new management, mechanics and service representatives sometime during the winter/spring of 2025. I had been super impressed with Rick, Shelly and Brandon. I have not yet been to the shop since the change of ownership.

Terrible service! My intention in bringing my car to this shop was to have a routine oil change performed—a straightforward task for which I was assured a two-hour completion window. I was informed that I would receive a phone call once the service was complete. I did not receive a call after the promised two hours had elapsed, but upon returning to request an update, I was informed that no work had been done on my vehicle at all. Furthermore, I learned that the individual responsible for performing oil changes had already left for the day, leaving my car untouched and my time wasted. What compounded my frustration was the indifferent response I received from the owner, who offered a cursory apology before simply walking away without further explanation or any attempt to rectify the situat

The #1 Subaru mechanic. I've been going to Rick's for over 20 years. I can't recommend them enough. They really care about you and your vehicle and go above and beyond to get it fixed. Trustworthy, hardworking, and fair. The whole staff feels like family. Thanks for all your help Rick! If you're having trouble with your Subaru, take it to Rick's!

Literally saved my Subaru. Three other shops said the transmission was a writeoff and needed a replacement - $7k! He only needed a phone call to confirm the CVT solenoid needed replacement. 3 days later and it was fixed for under $1500. Loyal customer for life now.

These comments are not lying. I had been told repairs would cost around 1,600 to 1,800, and Rick did it under 900. Truely, the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. I can't recommend them enough.
