I cannot say enough great things about Rick’s! I have not had to ever deal with a repair shop or insurance companies after an accident before. I was rear ended in November. Gastonia VW recommended Rick’s to me. I took my vehicle by for an estimate and the staff was very helpful. After the insurance company did their stuff I scheduled my date to drop my car off for repairs. The day before I was scheduled to drop my car off I had to call Rick’s because the insurance company had not provided me with information on a rental even though I had called, text and emailed several times in the two weeks leading up to my appointment and I was not getting ANY responses. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take care of my car for the last few months. I was rear ended at the end of May while at a complete stop, and it was a lot of work to do to fix my car, but you guys did it and did it right. I want to specifically mention Charlie, as he was who I spoke to most over the last few months when it came to my car. Charlie is great, and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time they had my car. Anyone that needs any work done, I will 100% be recommending them to go here!

Rick’s Body Shop sets the bar for what superior customer service should look like. From the initial call to schedule the service all the way through the updates on progress to the final pickup, everything was smooth and communication was excellent. They worked directly with the insurance company for the cost of repairs as well as with Enterprise for my rental car. They even let you leave your rental when your car is ready for pickup so that I didn’t have to go to the Enterprise office. The quality of the work exceeded expectations. They also thoroughly cleaned the car which further shows their attention to detail. I will always use Rick’s for any future body work with no hesitation.
