I took my truck to the car wash this morning paid for the $15 service which was actually more because of tax. I bought the best service and still I didn’t wash my truck clean you can see salt down the whole side of the rocker panels at least. And there’s spots on the top of the truck to where it was supposed to be a spotless clean. This is the second time I’ve gone there and had the same problem. I don’t think it’s worth it. I added photos for proof. I do realize some of it from driving but you can clearly see that the salt is still on the back panel of the box never washed off.

Worst wash ever! I paid for the ultimate and it hardly dries my car off, and there was still soap on my car. My rear window I wiped dry with a rag and there was dirt all over the window still. Not like my car was dirt caked but I wash it once or twice a month! Very dissatisfied with this place, considering they used to be so good. Not to mention when I pulled into the wash, it kept telling me to move forward then back like four times and I was parked perfectly! I usually won’t give a bad review but this was the worst wash I’ve ever had from this place

Nice car wash that I honestly didn't know existed until leaving Alpin Haus. Hoffman's was too busy and saw the sign from this at the light. Went through one of the tandem washes and it got all of the salt and crap off my car. Relatively cost effective as well!

Didn't clean half the SUV. Didn't completely rinse and barely dried the SUV.
