Unfortunately after only 5 days of driving the truck it started making a grinding noise as I driving down the interstate after work. I pulled over and had to get it towed. The next day I called Ricky Rogers and explained what was going on. I fully expected them not to do anything because there was no warranty, but to my surprise they said to get it towed to their mechanic and they’ll see what they can do to help. It was hard to diagnosis the issue so they had to try multiple different things. Ultimately it ended up being the transmission. They completely rebuilt the transmission and fixed my truck free of charge! Like I said there was no warranty, so they did not have to do any
