Straightforward and honest. Had my vehicle looked at after almost TWO years of not using it. Didn't try to up sale, approved needed repairs before proceeding, and even addressed an engine light issue that had been present for the last 8 years!!! Gave this ol 2005 Ram an extended life for a very fair price. Thanks Ricky! I will definitely be back next time I need a hand.

As a woman , I always appreciate when an auto place doesn't try to take the piss. Ricky was very upfront and honest. They work quick, they do a great job, and their prices are good. Especially in our economy right now. I'll absolutely be coming back here.

Worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic.... Went to Ricky's to have a transmission replaced. A day or so after the replacement, I noticed my vehicle was leaking fluids from one of the seals. I took it back to Ricky, and he said they had not changed the seals during the swap! Because other shops were weeks out, I had him order seals & schedule the replacement. Before the seals even came in, the transmission started throwing a third gear solenoid code. At that point, I told him I wanted to warranty the transmission. He argued against that saying it was, "only third gear". Yeah, I would like to go over 45mph! He finally ordered another transmission and did a second swap. I won't take any of my vehicles anywhere but to Ricky!! He won't do any work before consulting you first and he is honest and he makes sure that you get your vehicle back in working or even better condition!! Hes very professional and takes pride in his work
