My family and I spotted a vehicle that we decided we wanted to purchase, and the questions that we then had regarding the vehicle were answered to the best of their knowledge and with the accuracy of the CarFax report. We noticed small details on the car that we didn’t like, and they did not hesitate to inform us that they would gladly replace them; an example of this would be the windshield wipers. They changed them super quick and without any problems. But I think where this dealership really exceeded was at their dedication to providing customer satisfaction. From the first contact, I knew that this was great place to get a car from. Bruno and his team never failed to keep me updated on the car and messaging me everyday to continue our communication. They sent videos, pictures, and anything I asked about the car was answered perfectly. They weren't hidden anything so I sent them some money to secure the car and I never once was worried. He was very informative, honest, and most importantly patient every step of the way. Also they are one of the very few dealerships around that speak Portuguese. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
