I called Ride Plaza in Loganville to ask about a $4,000 car I saw online and whether financing was available. The person I spoke with told me the car was “so cheap they wouldn’t finance it” and that buyers “just pay cash,” which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I had $500 down, she said they don’t have cars for that and that it “doesn’t even cover the taxes,” and the tone came across rude and nasty. I understand policies and I respect that every dealership has requirements, but customer service matters. A simple, professional explanation would’ve gone a long way especially for people who are genuinely trying to get transportation for work and school. I ended the call feeling discouraged.

Great place to buy a car. Truly felt like they looked over the cars they have to the best of their ability to put the best product on the lot. They were up front about everything on their cars explaining car history and any past history records. We picked up an Altima with low miles and they included a 90 day warranty. No pressure here to buy. I would feel good about buying anything here. Highly recommend.
