I walked into the service area rather than calling and was met by Ronnie Ramero. I explained that I wanted an appointment and asked that Gary Rose perform a valve adjustment. Ronnie took care of everything and I dropped off my bike the night before my appointment and the work was all completed the next day. Gary Rose has worked on my bike before and everything was as it should be. Nothing missing or loose. When I picked up my bike, everyone seemed busy, with lots of other customers picking up as I was. Ronnie was taking care of another customer, so Cameo Brady checked me out. He said that there would be an additional charge since I was paying with a credit card. $747.40 wasn't enough apparently. I recently traded-in my RZR for a 2025 RZR Pro R Ultimate and worked with Nico. I had a great experience from first walking up, through finances, and especially the day of pickup with my family. The experience the day of pickup after everything was installed, I was blown away. They had balloons around in the front of it, showcased the investment and for my wife and kids whose 1st time it was seeing it, took pictures, and had a great final walkaround. Nico was very communicative over the few days we worked together to get everything done, honest, transparent, and made the whole process feel comfortable.
