Had a great and rare experience at Ridge quality motors recently. From start to finish Kyle, Michael, Bob and Donna guided us through the purchase of our motorhome. They answered all of our questions and allowed all the time we needed to inspect the unit to make our decision. No pressure. We got a great deal on a beautiful tiffin coach and they even gave us a more than fair deal on a trade in. We drove off the lot and 175 miles home with confidence. Working with Michael and his brother was the best purchase experience I've ever had. We agreed upon the purchase over the phone. I flew in from Illinois to their deslership and drove this rig back without a chicup. The unit description was as advertised and no surprises. If I need to purchase a RV again I will definitely give Michael and this family ran business the first opportunity. After looking at another larger local business, we happened to see the gate opened at Ridge Quality Motors, and stopped in. I am so happy we did! We were at the larger business for a long while before they even acknowledged we were there. As soon as we entered the gate at Ridge Q we were greeted by Kyle and Michael. They told us the campers were all opened and we could browse around, if we had any questions they were available to answer. We went there looking for a bunkhouse, however, fell in love with a 2017 Springdale. The camper was immaculate! They walked through it and noticed the fireplace was not working, they fixed it.
