I had my car towed to Reithmeyer's after it died on the road. They advised a battery replacement, and even helped me get home so I could do the work myself. Later, when the car failed because I hadn't tightened the battery screw enough, they fixed it immediately and refused to let me pay. In an industry where others might have taken advantage of the situation, Reithmeyer's chose honesty. Truly the most trustworthy service I have ever experienced.

I took a Lexus to one shop, they installed new TPMS sensors incorrectly. I had to drop the car off four additional times and they still didn’t fix the problem. Loud clanking noise and sensors going off still. After not having a car for weeks and multiple drop offs. I took it to Riethmeyer. They fixed it in two days, found the problem. It’s been perfect since. Thank you.

Stopped in to have tire pressures looked at. Their guy popped right up, slapped gloves on, and went to filling my tires to spec. Didn’t ask for money - cared more about doing things right and about me as a customer than receiving money. Super cool to see an auto shop do things the old way - the right way. I’ll be back.

Allen Nicholson, the manager, is especially helpful-he always takes time for the initial diagnosis, explains the situation clearly, and gives honest recommendations. What really appreciate is that if something is outside their scope (like leather repair), Allen doesn't hesitate to recommend trusted places nearby. Their mechanical expertise is top-notch, and they consistently go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. It's rare to find a shop that combines skill, integrity, and excellent customer service like this. Highly recommended!
